Terrible service.

Wrong shoes delivered terrible help with exchanging it. Didn't get the shoes on time. Unreliable people that helped me. Will never buy anything again from trappers.

The stitching of the shoe came apart. I have since asked for the shoe to be collected and I am awaiting A FULL REFUND. Very disappointing and a waste of time to get the shoe collected etc. Time of which I don't have.

I am happy with the shoes I bought, although the size is bigger than what I thought it would be.

All the other vellies are thin base and too high at the back of the foot. These are the only vellies my son has been wearing to school and everytime it's too small we buy a new pair - since Gr1 and he's going to Gr7 now... Best vellie!
