Jeep Ladies Icon Crew Neck Sweater

I ordered 4 items and received 3. I lodged a complain and was told that all the items I ordered was delivered. The lady I spoke to promised to call the following day but I didn't hear anything from her. After few days I called again and I was told that the item was not delivered because it was out of stock. I ordered another item to replace that one 6 days ago and I'm still waiting but the promise was that it will be delivered same day since the fault was at trappers side.
